Mr. Zheng founded a smart home appliance company in 2010 and has expanded its foreign trade business in Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan and other global areas. In 2019, with the booming cross-border e-commerce market in the United States, Mr. Zheng decided to expand the North American market. Because of his B-to-B business model, Mr. Zheng often went to the United States in person to connect with dealers. At first, Mr. Zheng returned to the United States with a B visa for many times. After several times, the United States Customs questioned his identity and refused him entry. Mr. Zheng found our solution. Ivan Consulting first established an American company for Mr. Zheng. After one month of material collection and copywriting, Ivan Consulting successfully submitted the L1A application, and received the I-797B approval letter from the US Department of Homeland Security within one month. Mr. Zheng and his family members went to the embassy for an interview. Mr. Zheng successfully obtained the L1 visa, and his wife and daughter also successfully obtained the L2 visa, which is convenient for the family members to enter the United States in legal status in the future.
